Brush Rollers

In different branches of industry brush rollers are used as cleaning rollers for polishing, smoothing, matting and moistening (e.g. brush roll spray system) etc.

High-precision brush rollers are also installed in DOX Brush Finishing systems. These brush rollers are designed for brush polishing for maximum results.

Advanced Brush Roll System

DOX Brush Roll Description
DOX brush rolls can be supplied to any required diameter in lengths up to 8000 mm, using various types of material, such as horse hair, bristles, synthetic materials.

The brush rolls for the brush finishing system have diameters of approx. 500 - 600 mm and run at speeds of 600 - 1200 r.p.m.

All brush rolls are accurately electrodynamically balanced. This is very important for vibration-free running.
