10/2006 - Atlanta - New Corrugator Process Control System from Qualitek VIB for SCA Packaging, Sweden
Qualitek, a division of VIB Systems, which bring process control expertise and knowledge of raw materials to the primary process in the corrugating industry, has recently completed an installation of Process and Board Quality Control System (QCS) in one of SCA Packaging best operation in North of Europe. All process measurements and controls, are grade base related. The new QCS System is the most advance, which has done until now by Qualitek. The System was install on a new 2.8 BHS Corrugator and include process measurement like:

10/2006 - Atlanta - New VIB SteamTechTAD for the US
Non disclosed customer has ordered for their tissue machine a VIB SteamTechTAD. The new VIB system is for high resolution moisture control with 73 control zones. The system is completely Teflon coated for easy housekeeping in the rough tissue environment.
10/2006 - Frankfurt - New VIB AirTechplus 6 for France
International Paper Papeteries Etienne in Arles has ordered a new VIB AirTechplus 6 system for moisture control. This high resolution spray system has zones with 50 mm width. |
