VIB Systems provides worldwide service with the unique VIB comprehensive service program. The VIB program is segmented into three support levels and includes support for single profiler systems through advanced fully integrated, multi-profiler, multi-control systems.

The VIB service program covers all system aspects, from system design, application and control to the single system components. Our unique program provides full access to every level of expertise from the field engineer to the system designers, all directly available to the end user.

Platin-Service:
Total 24 hours support through on site service personnel.

Gold-Service:
Provide on site support with VIB application experts (paper grade specialists) for technical process support and consultation.

Silver-Service:
Provide remote service through Internet, direct call and video conference* with our specialists in the service centers in Tucker (Atlanta), GA and Maintal (Frankfurt).
